University Bids and Awards Committee (UBAC)

MEMO TO: THE ADZU COMMUNITY
RE: UNIVERSITY BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (UBAC)


I would like to inform the community that the University Bids and Awards Committee (UBAC) has been constituted to carry out the following functions:

  1. Formulate policy and guidelines on bidding, evaluation, and awarding protocols for building and construction projects, concessionaires (for Main campus canteen, High School canteen, and future Grade School canteen), and other physical facilities.
  2. Formulate policy and guidelines for the University dormitory, which shall include selection of residents, terms of stay, rates, and usage of facilities.

The committee, which shall begin work on 3 February 2014, is composed of the following:

  1. Head of the Physical Facilities Council (convenor): Fr. Marlito G. Ocon, SJ
  2. University Treasurer: Ms Angela L. Baes
  3. Internal Auditor: Ms Suzette S. Enriquez
  4. Human Resource Administration and Development Office Director: Ms Aldrin A.Hitalia
  5. An appointee of the University President

I would like to thank the members of the UBAC for accepting this important task in our University operations.
