Re : Free Laboratory Work-up

There will be a free laboratory work-up for full-time permanent Faculty and Staff who is with the Ateneo Community for two (2) years and more, and for contractual faculty members who are on continuous contract for more than five (5) years.

Venue is at the ADZU Infirmary Main Campus. However, the schedule for the blood chem. is only at 7:00 – 9:00 am.
The lab work-up consists of the following:
– CBC
– FBS and Cholesterol (Do not eat food for at least 8 hours before the test)
– Urinalysis
– Chest X-Ray
– Eye Exam
– ECG (for 40 years old and above)
– Pap-Smear (for married female: 30 years old and above)
NOTE: For Pap-smear please visit the clinic of Dra. Carol Rodriguez, OB GYN, at Petit Barracks, Zamboanga City near REDCROSS from February 15, 2013 up to April 30, 2013
