MEMO TO: THE ATENEO COMMUNITY
RE: CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR NEW PROFESSIONAL TEACHERS
I am happy to announce to our community that in the March 2012 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET), our new BSED graduates registered a passing rate of 77.78%, i.e., 7 out of 9 examinees passed, while our new BEED graduates posted a passing rate of 100%, i.e., 1 out of 1 examinee passed. Our overall passing rate for BSED graduates was 72.73%, that is, 8 out of 11 passed, and for BEED graduates was 100% i.e., 2 out of 2 passed . The national passing rate was 24.85 (for BSED) and 42.46% (for BEED).
I would like to congratulate and thank our new professional teachers for their very fine LET performance. I wish to extend the same greeting to the faculty and staff of the School of Education under the leadership of its Dean, Dr Evelyn G Chavez.
Congratulations and best wishes.
