MEMO TO: THE ATENEO COMMUNITY
RE: FEAST OF ST IGNATIUS
I wish to inform you that there will be no offices and classes at all levels on 31 July, Friday, the Feast of St Ignatius, founder of the Society of Jesus. We will have our anticipated celebration of the Feast of St Ignatius on 30 July, Thursday. We will have the following Eucharistic celebrations:
8.00 AM – Grade School (Sacred Heart Chapel)
10.00 AM – High School (HS building, WH Kreutz Campus)
3.00 PM – Tertiary level and Central Services (MPCC)
We invited our newly ordained priests, Fr Jason K Dy SJ and Fr Oliver G Dy SJ to preside and preach at these Masses. Both taught in our High School as Jesuit scholastics.
I invite all and urge participation of Catholics during these Masses.
We ask the help of St Ignatius for our people here in Zamboanga City and the whole of Western Mindanao.
Happy feast day of St Ignatius!
