We are happy to inform you that we are officially accepting reservations today, October 28, 2022, for batches who wish to have slots at the Backfield area for the Grand Alumni Homecoming Night on December 02, 2022.
– Slots highlighted in Gray will be accommodated with tents (with corresponding fees)
– Each slot can accommodate around 30pax
– For batches with more than 30 pax, they can avail additional adjacent slot aligned towards the center of the backfield
– For slots with no tents (middle area), batch tarpaulins should be placed around their table (with an allowable measurement: 8ft wide x 2.5ft height)
– One lighted bulb will be provided by AdZU Physical Plant Office for each tent
For batches who intend to tap the services of caterers, kindly visit the Alumni Relations Office at AdZU LRC Building, La Purisima St, for the set guidelines.
