All male and female 1st year students are required to take up FFP (First-Year Formation Program) and NSTP (National Service Training Program) or ROTC (Reserve Officer Training Corp).
1. VISION: the program envisions students who are psychologically, socially and politically informed and formed following the Ignatian paradigm.
2. MISSION: The First-Year Formation Program – National Service Training Program as a merged formation program envisioning socio-politically and psychologically formed students believes in the total formation of individuals, hence we are committed to contribute to the holistic formation of students through the following:
- Facilitating of formation sessions (psychologically, social, political) to heighten students awareness of themselves and the society as a whole.
- Create venues for self development, social and Political discussion and engagements.
