RE: Student’s Medical Certificates

The University Infirmary would like to remind the community that units and offices conducting out of the campus student-related activities requiring medical certificates must inform us in writing of the activity a week before its scheduled implementation. Please also list down the names of the students with their corresponding course and year.
This action seeks to avoid problems regarding our in house doctors’ and dentist’s schedules. This will also provide us with enough time to comply with all the necessary requirements.
