June 13 – Announcement and listing of names for those are interested to run in the Student Government
June 20 – Meeting with moderators of A.G.S.SG concerning qualifications and guidelines.
June 24 – Pre-convention with the assigned advisers.
Adviser will discuss the task:
1. Election Guidelines
2. Party name
3. Line-up
4. Party platform
June 27 – Filling of Candidacy
July 4 – Presentation of the different candidates (Assembly)
– Making of Election materials
– Practice for room to room and Miting de Avance
July 18 – Start of room to room campaign
– Posting of candidacy materials in designated area
– Submission of speeches to the advisers
July 22 – Miting de Avance (MPCC – 1:00 – 5:00 pm)
July 25 – Election
– Time: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
– Venue: The board of canvassers will hold their election inside the Computer Laboratory (Automated Election)
July 26-27 – Tabulation of Results
July 28 – Proclamation of Winners
