The Purchasing & Custodian’s Office has started the annual Physical Inventory for this school year. Starting next week we will give each office a copy of the following for verification:
a.Their previous inventory ( SY 2011-2012 )
b.List of newly acquired inventory(fixtures/furnitures,equipment,etc.)
The PCO Inventory Team will visit each office for the actual physical count starting August 27, 2012.
