· Updated status, to identify the status or whereabouts of the requests.
2. Ongoing ADZU Annual Inventory ( Salvador and WHK Campus )
3. Creation of PCO satellite office at WHK campus to accommodate GS and JHS concern in terms of supplies; books distribution during enrolment; and other PCO matters.
4. Purchase of sports equipment for athletics and Physical Education from Manila suppliers.
5. Purchase of ADZU Band instruments to replace instruments lost during Brebeuf fire.
6. Ongoing garage sale of furnitures & fixtures.
