Re : Parking along the University road in front of LRC
To the ADZU Community,
Greetings!
Please be reminded that the parking spaces along the university road in front of the LRC will be made available only after the following conditions are met:
1. Parking in front of the LRC along the University road will only be allowed after the Grade School parents/guardians have dropped-off their children specifically from 6:00 AM to approximately 8:00 AM.
2. Considering the unspecified time that the dropping-off will end, which sometimes reaches up to 8:000 AM, the traffic guard on duty and the head guard will determine the actual time to allow/commence parking in these areas (usually between 7:30 up to 8:00 AM) basing it on their better judgment in assessing the volume of vehicles still using the university road in exiting the campus.
The main reason for the above is to allow the unhampered flow of vehicles during peak hours in the morning.
As what we have been doing for a number of years now, faculty and staff who arrive early and wish to park in these areas will be requested to temporarily park their vehicles in other available parking spaces in campus and to just transfer their vehicles later after the clearance signal has been given by our security personnel to park in front of the LRC. The first come first served rule will likewise be observed.
