RE : ONLINE LEAVE APPLICATION

Starting this month of July we will be implementing the online application for vacation leave, sick leave and emergency leave. Office heads and unit heads will also approve leaves online. The facility is available at the myadzu portal.
To file leave online, log in at the myadzu portal. Then locate “Leave Credit” at the lower left box on the screen. Put the cursor on Leave Credit then click. The screen will then show you the list of leaves and the available leave credits. Click on the leave you want to File then fill up the required fields and submit.
Leaves for official travel and other leaves (maternity, paternity, long sick leaves with SSS benefits) will be available online later. Meanwhile, we will still use the prescribed forms for these leaves.
