Re: Laptop/Desktop/Projector Loan for Faculty/Staff
Peace!
The CITS in coordination with the Finance Office and the Human Resource Administration and Development Office (HRADO) is once again ready to accept and process applications for laptop, desktop, and/or projector. There are a total of 50 slots (available). LENIN COMPUTER SYSTEM is our partner for this endeavor.
Interested parties are required to submit to the CITS office a filled-out application/conforme form (please download attachment).
All application forms should be submitted on or before August 26, 2011. The forms will be evaluated by the HRADO.
Please also see attached list of IT equipment available for loan. For more details, you can visit LENIN COMPUTER SYSTEM at Mayor Climaco Ave.
