HRADO History

  • Started in 1996 as Office of Personnel Services with Ms Teresita NPC Araneta as Director;
  • Established as Human Resource Administration and Development Office in 2007;
  • Functions expanded from simple personnel transactions and records management to the different services: Personnel Transactions and Records Management, Compensation Management, Benefits Management, and Training and Development;
  • Office space expanded four (4) times;
  • Office personnel increased from one (1) to seven (7).
