Enrollment Procedure

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES

A. New
Student (After passing required examinations)

1. Fill out the Application for Admission Form and Certificate
of Registration at the Graduate School Office.

2. Submit forms for evaluation and tuition assessment.

3. Pay enrollment fees at the Finance Office.

4. Present Official Receipt of payment and return
the Registration form to the Graduate School Office for validation of
enrollment.

B. Old
Student

1. Get a clearance from pertinent offices. Clearance Form is
available at the Graduate School Office.

2. Fill out the Registration Form at the Graduate School
Administrative Office to indicate courses to enroll.

3. Submit the Registration Form for evaluation and tuition
assessment.

4. Pay the enrollment fees at the Finance Office.

5. Present the Official Receipt of payment and return
the Registration form to the Graduate School Administrative Office for
validation of enrollment.
