For new students, please submit the following to the Graduate School Office located on the 2nd Floor of Fr Carretero Building, Salvador Campus:
- Entrance test result
- Transcript of Records (TOR)
- Diploma
- Honorable dismissal
- 2 copies of 2X2 picture
