MEMO TO: THE ADZU COMMUNITY
RE: CONGRATULATIONS TO STUDENTS WHO QUALIFIED FOR THE INITIATIVE FOR PEACE CONFERENCE 2014
I would like to congratulate Ms Deanne Rose Ali (BA COMM 3), Ms Sheena Mae Alcala (BA COMM 2), Ms Szaiffa Leya J. Tayong (BS-LM 2), and Ms Fhaiza G. Escio (BSN). for qualifying to the Initiative for Peace Conference 2014. This will be held on May 27 to June 2 2014 at the Li Po Chun, United World College of Hongkong.
Initiative for Peace is an organization that aims to promote peace in global, national and regional conflicts. Since then, it has annually held conferences that bring youth from two sides in a conflict together to work on conflict management. The aim of those conferences is to create permanent youth-led conflict management organizations around the world.
