Vision
That each individual in the Academic and Service Support Staff avail of the services of the Formation program to grow spiritually in serving others as an agent of change be models in bringing about peace starting with oneself.
Mission
The formation believes that spiritual formation in a person can be achieved by oneself through dedication and commitment to one’s work. The formation believes that attending the corresponding programs will enhance oneself awareness to grow professionally and spiritually. It will motivate the person to do more following the values of St. Ignatius of humility and service others.
