Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Sciences (BSMS)
This program has three tracks:
BSMS major in Mathematical Education is for students who wish to develop conceptual as well as pedagogical prowess in Mathematics. Graduates of the course are competent in handling Mathematics teaching at the collegiate level.
BSMS major in Pure Mathematics is for students interested in Mathematics as a pure and theoretical science. This program is parallel to BS Mathematics but with additional computer courses. Graduates of the course can work as mathematical researchers and as data analysts in banks.
BSMS major in Mathematical Statistics is for those who wish to acquire a deep and comprehensive working knowledge of pure and applied statistics. This program is most appropriate for students interested in research.
