Attendance in Classes

  1. Regular attendance is important if the student is to profit from daily activities in class. Attendance is required of all. He/She may be excused from attendance only for valid reason such as illness.

  4. The moderator checks the attendance of the students in his/her class and give the report to the office of the Student Services. When a student will be absent from the school, parents should immediately notify the school by a phone call or a written message on the first day of his/her absence.
  5. A student who has been previously absent will be admitted to class only if a letter of excuse signed by apparent/guardian is presented to the class teacher.
  6. A student who has been absent in excess of the 20 percent of the total number of school days shall be dropped per Department of Education regulation.
  7. A student who has been absent from or late for class for any reason will not be admitted to class without an ADMIT-TO-CLASS SLIP signed by the Director of the Student Services.
