A CHED-HERRC National Conference was held at Grand Regal Hotel on August 6-8, 2014 in Davao City. During the conference completed research outputs from CHED HERRC-funded projects were presented to the academic community and stakeholders present. Intellectual exchange of ideas and conversations were held during the open forum, which contributed to knowledge not usually gained if these scientific information were not shared. Also gainful conversations like utilization, production, intellectual property, and patents were also shared.
Since these outputs and information are vital for dissemination to stakeholders, proper documentation was deemed very important. Thus, the ADZU-HERRC, with the assistance from the staff of Mariano Marcos State University, Ateneo de Naga University, and West Visayas State University, was tasked by the organizing committee to handle the documentation of the whole conference. All the staff of the Ateneo Research Center and Mr Danilo T. Bautista Jr., staff of the ADZU Audio Visual Center documented the sessions during the three-day conference.
ADZU-HERRC is now preparing the conference proceedings to be submitted to CHED Central office before the end of August.
