MEMO TO: UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY
RE: APPOINTMENT OF UNIVERSITY PLANNING COORDINATOR
I am happy to announce the appointment of MR RALPH JORLINE CHUA as Planning Coordinator effective 1 June 2014. His functions will be as follows:
1. Assist the Office of the President in University-wide strategic planning and management;
2. Coordinate with different units, offices, and individuals in the formulation, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of strategic plans; and
3. Assist the Office of the President in the assessment and reporting of progress in the implementation of strategic plans.
The Planning Coordinator reports to the Assistant to the President. I would like to thank Mr Chua for his generosity to serve the University through this very important function. I ask the University Community for prayers, support, and cooperation in strengthening the strategic management function in our University through the work of Mr Chua.
