AdZU Law Goes for TwoPeat in Bar Exams

After
scoring a 100% overall passing rate in the 2016 Bar Examinations, Ateneo de
Zamboanga University College of Law (AdZU-COL) once again makes history with
another 100% passing rate in the November 2017 Bar Exam; this time, with one of
its graduates snagging a spot in the Top 15.

Adding
to the roster of Attorneys-at-law are Rhea Doll Gonzalo (Top 15) and Ann
Loraine Tam, both products of the collaboration between AdZU and Xavier
University (XU).

Striving
for excellence, AdZU sought and was granted authority to operate College of Law
back in 2011 in consortium with XU. Up until 2016, COL produced graduates of XU
which includes both Gonzalo and Tam. However, both bleed blue. Gonzalo is a
product of the 15th batch of the annual Ateneo Senior Summer Program
(ASSP), and Tam received her undergraduate degree from AdZU’s School of Management
and Accountancy (SMA).

These
results, along with many other accomplishments, are evidences to the quality of
education provided by the university. AdZU-COL now claims its independence. 2018
is the last year that AdZU will produce graduates under XU. During its recent
Commencement Exercises, four of the seven graduates are officially under the
AdZU-COL banner.
