AdZU Community Celebrates the Grand Iftar
The Campus Ministry Office, in coordination with the different Ateneo offices and the Muslim Student Association (MSA) under the Umbrella of the Alliance of Religious Organizations (ARO) hosted the Grand Iftar dinner celebrating the long month end of Ramadan on August 05, 2013. It was held at the Ateneo Multi Purpose Covered Court. In attendance were the members of the ADZU community who donated the food for the celebration.
The Iftar is the meal that breaks the day of fasting during Ramadan, when Muslim families eat together after sunset. A simple program that included the Quran recitation was prepared to make the celebration meaningful.
