AdZU Basic Ed Reps for Better Student Outcomes

Following the successful run of the Principal’s and Subject Area Coordinators’ Academy (PSA) Part 1 in Tagaytay last May 2018, AdZU representatives from the Basic Education flew yet again to Manila to attend PSA Part 2 last February 2-5, 2019 at Clark Marriott Hotel in Pampanga.

AdZU representatives were composed of principals and Subject Area Coordinators (SACs) from the Grade School, Junior High School, and Senior High School units. From the strategic plans that the representatives worked on during the first PSA, PSA Part 2 was conducted as a follow-up module aimed at helping them work on their school improvement and innovation plans.

Besides holistic development for its students, AdZU prioritizes the growth and development of its faculty and staff to ensure that teaching methods and educational programs stay innovative and effective, all in all leading to a better educational experience for its constituents.

With the theme “Leading School-based Innovations for better Student Outcomes,” the Principal’s and SAC’s Academy is a series of trainings under the School Leadership for Global Competitiveness program by the Phoenix Publishing House Educational Foundation.
