Admission Requirements for Graduate School

Submit the following to the Graduate School Office located on the 2nd Floor of Fr Carretero Building, Salvador Campus:

For new students:

1. Entrance test result
2. Transcript of Records (TOR)
3. Diploma
4. Honorable dismissal
5. 2 copies of 2X2 picture

For scholarship application:

• Photocopied Diploma
• Photocopied TOR
• Three Letters of Recommendation*
• Personal Statement Guide**
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• Honorable Dismissal (Original Copy)
• Three Interviews (By the Dean, Chair of the Program, and Graduate School Administrative Officer)
• Graduate Level Test (Entrance Test)
