HRADO History
- Started in 1996 as Office of Personnel Services with Ms Teresita NPC Araneta as Director;
- Established as Human Resource Administration and Development Office in 2007;
- Functions expanded from simple personnel transactions and records management to the different services: Personnel Transactions and Records Management, Compensation Management, Benefits Management, and Training and Development;
- Office space expanded four (4) times;
- Office personnel increased from one (1) to seven (7).
