Greetings of Peace!
On the eve of our celebration for the 100 years of Jesuit Education in Western Mindanao, the Social Awareness and Community Service Involvement (SACSI) office is ready to bring back the Social Involvement Month (SIMO) this September. SIMO was on a hiatus state for two (2) years to allow our office to evaluate the offerings of the program in the sixteen (16) years that passed.
SIMO’s underlined activity, the Klaseng Ibang Klase or KLIK! offers a variety of alternative classes that provide the students as well the teachers with a bunch of unforgettable experiences allowing them to open their eyes and hearts unto the social realities outside the four corners of the room and unto their equivalent social responsibilities.
One of the KLIK! Courses is dubbed as “TANK” where the class will entail a Discover Scuba Activity. This class is scheduled on September 25, 2011 from 6AM to 5PM with a minimum fee of Php 750.00. It will be held at the Marine Battalion, Barangay Upper Calarian, Zamboanga City. This class is exclusively open to Faculty and Staff only with a limited slot of 15.
With this, we would like to invite faculty and staff members to fill in the vacancies for this class and have a wonderful scuba diving experience.
