𝐔𝐑𝐎 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐓𝐮𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐚

The University Research Office (URO) proudly announces 𝗠𝘀 𝗕𝗮𝗯𝘆 𝗟𝘆𝗻 𝗩. 𝗧𝘂𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 and 𝗠𝗿 𝗞𝗶𝘅 𝗗𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘆𝗹 𝗙. 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗮, Grade School faculty members, for completing their action research entitled: “𝗨𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗮𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁’𝘀 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗲𝘀: 𝗔𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵”.

Their research, conducted under the AdZU–URO Research Chair Program (RCP), was awarded a ₱50,000.00 cash incentive, tax included, on February 9, 2026.

URO extends its gratitude to their Research Coach, Ms. Perla “Arlene” S. Ledesma, and to the Research Review Committee (RRC), Dr. Liza M. Garrido and Mr. Earl Francis C. Pasilan, for their guidance and support throughout the research process.

Together with the researchers are Ms. Elena B. Segurigan, Grade School Principal and Ms. Mercibel F. Fegarido, Grade School Research Coordinator.
