As a continuation of the Research Publication Training and Workshop on Mastering Academic Publishing conducted in November 2025, the University Research Office (URO) successfully held ๐๐๐ซ๐ญ ๐: ๐ ๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐๐๐ง๐ฎ๐ฌ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฉ๐ญ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ง๐๐ฅ: ๐ผ ๐๐ง๐๐ฉ๐๐จ๐๐ค๐ฅ ๐๐ค๐ง ๐๐๐จ๐๐๐ง๐๐๐๐ง๐จ โ ๐๐ง๐๐๐ฉ๐๐๐๐ก ๐๐ฉ๐ง๐๐ฉ๐๐๐๐๐จ ๐๐ค๐ง ๐๐ช๐๐๐๐จ๐จ๐๐ช๐ก ๐ ๐ค๐ช๐ง๐ฃ๐๐ก ๐๐ช๐๐ข๐๐จ๐จ๐๐ค๐ฃ on May 26, 2026, at the Carlos Dominguez Conference Hall, Ateneo de Zamboanga University, Zamboanga City.
The whole-day writeshop was facilitated by Ms. Perla โArleneโ S. Ledesma, URO Director, who guided participants through the practical process of refining manuscripts and preparing them for journal submission and publication. Through her expertise and valuable insights, participants were equipped with practical strategies for navigating the publication process and enhancing the quality of their academic manuscripts.



URO expresses its sincere gratitude to Ms. Perla โArleneโ S. Ledesma for generously sharing her expertise and insights throughout the writeshop. The office also extends its appreciation to Mr. Jeffrey O. Jalani, Vice President for Basic Education, for his guidance and support toward initiatives that strengthen research and academic publication within the university community. Likewise, the office thanks all participating faculty and staff for their active engagement and commitment to research and scholarly publication.




The writeshop aimed to strengthen the research publication skills of participants and support them in transforming their research manuscripts into publishable journal articles. The outputs developed during the writeshop are intended for publication in the Ateneo de Zamboanga Journal of Diverse Disciplines (AJDD).
This initiative forms part of UROโs continuing commitment to strengthen the culture of research and academic publishing at Ateneo de Zamboanga University by providing meaningful research capability-building opportunities for the university community.
